The Mothership is pulled out of hyperspace and encounters Taiidan trap. Large asteroid equipped with engines is aimed at the Mothership, flying with escort is deadly trap to Kushan, which haven't manage to make Mothership engines operational. Momentarily all Kushan capital ships attack the asteroids. Ignoring the threats combined fleet of Kushan and captured vessels during the journey managed to destroy the asteroid, and almost instantly after all of them jumped away in hyperspace towards Hiigara.

• Don't bother with escorts. Order all your capital ships to move toward asteroid, also send 1 scout or interceptor towards it. Now select the capitals, and focus on scout. When you'll see asteroid - order your ships to attack it.
• Watch if there are any ships on track of the asteroid - they won't avoid it and will be destroyed in crash with the asteroid. You have to move them away manually.
• If you won't hyperspace in first moment possible, and try to capture Taiidan vessels - prepare to defend your mothership from kamikaze attacks of Taiidan corvettes.
