In Mission 3 Mothership finds terrible true about the Kharakian Genocide.

During the Mothership journey in the Outer Kharak System the Taiidan fleet destroys planet Kharak and Scaffold leaving behind only debris and dust. When Mothership arrives back to Kharak orbit it finds out that three Assault frigates are to destroy the cryo trays. As a result of battle one Assault frigate was salvaged for intel data. Onboard it the record was found showing combat between Taiidan fleet and powerless Kushans. Kushans managed to rescue 500,000 people onboard salvaged cryo trays.
