The Turanic Raider Planetoid is a remote base in the control of the Turanic Raiders. The planetoid was heavily industrialized and guarded, both by a planetary defence system and a surface garrison.
The planetoid is only seen within the promotion version of Homeworld, known as Raider Retreat. It was originally intended to appear within the main campaign of Homeworld, but was cut as beta testers at the time complained that the mission was too hard and new players would fail too easily.
The size of the planetoid remains unknown, but can be assumed to be found somewhere in the Great Wastelands.
The planetoid shows a great resemblance to the real-life moon Triton.
